The terms, policies and conditions
Shipping:
Domesitc Customers In order for us to insure items delivered to you promptly and safely, we use UPS and shipping address has to match with billing address. We do not deliver PO box.
Internatonal Customers We use USPS to all oversea customers, and methods of shipment are EMS and First Class Mail. EMS is express service by Post Office and it is supposed to take 3 to 4 working days. However, Post Office in each coutries works with their standards and leading time is depending on countries. The most important matter is that tracking number is issued and it is easy to find out what happens. First class mail is less expensive shipping method, and it is fairely safe. However, tracking number is not issued and it is almost impossible to track the package. Insurance is not available for this method. You are going to be charged custom duty, and rate of duty depends on country you live in and value of the product you are purchasing.
Returns & Exchange:
We will gladly accept returns under conditions below. 1. product needs to be with original hang tag and in original conditions. we are not able to accept washed, worn, or used products. 2. Return has to be post dated within 14 days from date of delivery. 3. All returns need Return Authorization number. Without RA number, we will refuse packages shipping back to us. 4. All returns are only for exchanges. When we do not have items to be exchanged, we will refund you amount of products, but not shipping and duty. 5. All shipping charges and custom duty involved in returns are customers responsibility. However, we will take care of shipping charges and custom if exchange is based on our mistake. 6. Sales items are not exchanged or returned.
